Sleep Buddy™ was developed from decades of experience treating patients and loved ones affected by snoring and airway challenges. Created by Dr. MaryAnn Childs, it is a conservative, simple, and comfortable oral appliance designed to support natural, effortless breathing throughout the night.

Simple, comfortable, conservative solution for patients who need gentle airway support at night. This single device mandibular advancement appliance is designed for comfort, compliance and results-without screw adjustments or complicated mechanisms.
Sleep Buddy was born out of personal and professional experience with airway disorders. Her goal is to improve access to effective Conservative Oral Appliances.
CLINICIAN INSTRUCTIONS
Clinicians do NOT order impression kits.
They provide one of the following:
• STL file from intraoral scan.
• Traditional impressions mailed to Ohlendorf
Lab workflow:
Take scan or impression of upper and lower arches.
Capture a bite registration if preferred, not necessary.
Send records to Ohlendorf Lab with prescription.
Lab fabricate the single device Sleep Buddy
Device ships to clinician-you deliver fit and review usage.

Workflow
Impression Kit
Sleep Buddy™ impression kits are designed for at-home use, allowing you to create an accurate clay mold of your teeth without visiting a clinic. The kit includes everything needed to take your impressions comfortably and confidently at home. Once completed, you simply mail the molds — along with your prescription — to Ohlendorf Lab, where your custom Sleep Buddy™ appliance is expertly crafted.
Dental Scan
you can also have your dental provider take an intraoral scan. This digital scan captures a precise 3D image of your teeth in just minutes—no molds or clay needed. Once completed, the STL file is sent directly to Ohlendorf Lab along with your prescription, where your custom Sleep Buddy™ appliance is digitally designed and manufactured with exceptional accuracy.
